PRAYING IN PLACE 2025 (PIP 25)

2 Chronicles 7:14 ~ Romans 12:12

Throughout the YEAR 2025, we invite you to join Mt. Calvary on the 25th of each month, to set aside time to pray.

PASTOR’S 2025 PRAYER BURDEN

1. Prioritize the desire and create opportunities

to pray in MCBC.

2. Petition for protection and provision in this

ever changing landscape …particularly

placing a hedge of protection against

sickness and disease.

3. Ask for the blessing of our city with more

conversions to Christ bringing the lost to

MCBC and equipping them to serve God.

4. Request a fresh infusion of the Spirit of God to

accomplish all mission activity and growth

5. Implore God for spiritual passion,

empowerment and perseverance of all

Christian churches, pastors and people to

accomplish the work of the Kingdom of God

during these challenging times

6. Ask that desire and obedience Increase to

tithe to the work of the Lord.

7. APPEAL TO GOD TO EMPOWER MCBC as we

design and administer NEXT in carrying out

the revised vision and mission.

WHO:   MT. CALVARY’S CONGREGATION PRAYING AS ONE.

WHAT:    Praying intentionally, the 25th of each month as a congregation (Church Family) using Pastor’s burden list, prayer list from website, and own personal list.

WHEN:   All throughout the waking hours, day/night.

WHERE:   In any place of choice.

WHY:    We should always pray and not faint.

HOW:    Silent or out loud as the situation allows:

We will have dedicated a scripture for each month to help us center around prayer.  Make sure to check back on our website for it and a list of items to pray about.  The list will be updated throughout the year.  Although some of the items on the list will be consistent, we are confident of the Holy Spirit’s stirring in each of our lives to direct us in how or what specifically to pray about during any given month.
